1. Program Description Onward Rising sends text messages to provide coaching session reminders, account updates, and information regarding the CORE Confidence program.

2. Message Frequency You can expect to receive message frequency varying based on your interactions with us (typically 2-4 messages per month).

3. Cost Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your specific plan. Onward Rising does not charge for sending or receiving text messages.

4. Opt-Out & Support

To Stop: Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation text that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.
